The Role:

As a Bench Hand Joiner, you will be responsible for the manufacture of bespoke joinery items in a modern, well-equipped workshop. You will work on luxury interiors for high-profile hotels, prime residential properties, and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture of bespoke joinery from drawings and cutting lists

Work with a variety of materials, including hardwoods, veneers, and laminates

Operate traditional woodworking machines and hand tools

Ensure high standards of finish, fitting, and overall quality

Work to strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Collaborate with team members across the workshop and production teams

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner or Cabinet Maker

Ability to read and work from technical drawings

Skilled in using woodworking tools and machinery

High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
