Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm (42.5 hrs/week)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company, for Production / Machine Operatives to join their busy factory. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with experience as a factory operative, production operative, manufacturing operative or looking to start a career in production.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operating industrial saws and drills (full training provided)
Assembling components to order
Using measuring tools & following production paperwork accurately
Operating production machinery (once trained)
Handballing – loading finished goods onto pallets
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a factory operative, warehouse operative, production operative or similar is an advantage – but not essential
Physically fit – able to lift and move heavy objects
Good attention to detail & able to follow instructions
Strong team player with good communication skills
