The Role: Genuinely \’consult’ with the client and candidate
- Understand the clients brief given to you by the Recruitment Director, ask questions, do research, understand the client’s business, be able to sell this to the candidate.
- Resourcing candidates from all sectors in various roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Qualify candidates, create fantastic supporting notes and manage client and candidate expectations!
- Manage several accounts, new and historical as you get more experience.
- Provide market information, salary and role feedback for the client as required.
- Work as part of a passionate team who support each other.

- Cracking knowledge of perm recruitment 30K-100k+ roles and associated job boards
- You must know your way round LinkedIN to a high, level.
