The Social Care Solicitor Role:
This full-time position as a Supervising Solicitor in Community Care offers the opportunity to manage a diverse and challenging caseload within our dynamic and expanding team. You\βll be at the forefront of community care law, handling:
- Judicial Review challenges against unlawful local authority decisions
- Applications for social services support and assessments
- Court of Protection proceedings for vulnerable adults
- Complaints and litigation against local authorities and NHS bodies
