About The Role
Days of Working: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 16.30pm
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to help with the running of various site with clients. Managing a cleaning teams recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of planned and periodic cleaning for a Client
You will make sure we adhere to all health and safety procedures whilst making sure we maintain the high standards Also to carry out routine planned and periodic cleaning audits . You will deliver monthly training , monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and equipment Whilst also monitoring stocks as necessary. You will deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and working with a large team , also cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals. Full training on COSHH will be carried out.
The ideal candidate will have experience working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines, and understand the organisational goals and objectives, whilst demonstrating forward thinking and a positive can-do attitude. They will have good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude and they will be able to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
knowledge of Microsoft office will also be required for the role, as well as competency using IT equipment.
What You\’ll Need
- Full driving licence
- Previous experience as a supervisor
- Excellent customer service skills

- You will be required to attend a number of face to face training sessions as well as virtual sessions and e-learning this part of your role is vital and of equal importance as the day to day aspects
For the purposes of our van fleet insurance, you must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience with a full UK driving licence,
You must be able to pass a disclosure for this role
