Overview
We\’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you\’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Responsibilities
- Teaching new life skills and promoting independence
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Encouraging individuals to access local communities, socialising and participating in various activities
- Supporting individuals in social settings such as local bars, pubs, video games, films, and cinema outings
- Providing compassionate care and fostering confidence and personal growth
Working Hours
Typical shifts: Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 20:30. Work two shifts a week, including some weekends.
