We're currently seeking two experienced Housekeeping Services Supervisors, one full-time and one part-time, to join a prestigious Cambridge University environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring top-notch cleanliness and presentation across all areas. Handle administrative tasks (about 10% of time), manage daily operations, and maintain operational efficiency. Ensure health and safety standards are upheld. Previous supervisor experience is essential for this role. Role 1: Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday-Friday Salary: £27,245 per annum Benefits: 33 days holiday, discretionary bonus, free college lunches, pension, healthcare cash scheme, free life assurance cover, cycle purchase scheme, free gym access, and more! Role 2: Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor Hours: 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work) Salary: £15,031 – £18,789 per annum (pro-rated) Benefits: 33 days holiday (pro-rata), discretionary bonus, free college lunches, pension, healthcare cash scheme, free life assurance cover, gym access, and more!
