Hospital Receptionist required for ongoing contract in Warrington, Cheshire ** Location: Lovely Private Hospital, Warrington, Cheshire Duration: 3-4 months initially Pay: £12.00 per hour About Us: Join our clients dedicated team at a lovely private hospital in Warrington, Cheshire. They pride themselves on providing exceptional patient care and a welcoming environment for all visitors. Role Overview: Trident Healthcare are seeking a Full-Time Bookings Administrator to join our clients out-patient appointments team. This is a call handling role where you will be on the phones all day with a headset, managing patient bookings and coordinating with consultants, secretaries, and Private Medical Insurers (PMIs). You will be working with multiple IT systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: * Handle incoming calls and manage patient bookings. * Coordinate with consultants, secretaries, and PMIs. * Utilize multiple IT systems for scheduling and patient management. * Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors. * Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on all appointments. Shift Patterns: * Monday to Friday: 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, and 10am – 6pm Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work efficiently with multiple IT systems. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. * A friendly and professional demeanor.
