Are you an experienced CNC Miller confident with FANUC and HEIDENHAIN controls?
I\’m after someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a friendly, close-knit engineering team where your skills will be valued and your development supported.
A leading precision engineering company based in Warwickshire is looking to recruit a CNC Miller Setter/Operator/Programmer for a permanent position.
Known for their high-spec CNC machining capabilities and investment in top-quality equipment, they manufacture components for a wide range of industries including automotive, motorsport, rail, and oil & gas.
This is a replacement hire due to an internal move, and you\’ll be joining a well-established team under the supervision of the Shop Floor Supervisor.
The role is primarily based on an FS4 milling machine, with programming carried out at the machine.
Key Responsibilities include:
Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
Producing high-quality, precision components to tight tolerances
Working from engineering drawings and liaising with internal teams when needed
Ensuring machine efficiency and maintaining a clean, safe working environment What We\’re Looking For:
Proven experience in CNC milling with strong Fanuc and Heidenhain programming skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
Someone who takes ownership of their work and is proactive in solving machining challenges What\’s On Offer:
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000, depending on experience
Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Wednesday, 7:00am – 3:00pm Thursday (Fridays off)
22 days holiday + bank holidays
