Hybrid (3–5 days per week onsite, depending on test activity)

We are seeking practical, hands-on UX Researchers with a passion for user testing and digital interaction within the automotive space. You will be embedded in a multi-disciplinary team, actively conducting research on a wide range of prototypes – from virtual simulations to in-vehicle systems.

This is a delivery-focused role, requiring an agile mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate insights that directly influence the design process. You’ll be working at the heart of human-machine interaction development for future digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute UX testing activities across vehicles and multiple prototype platforms (e.g., VR, simulators, functional systems)

* Conduct usability studies using both qualitative and quantitative methods

* Identify usability issues and collaborate with UX designers to improve flows and interaction

* Summarise and communicate actionable research insights to internal stakeholders

* Contribute to user personas, benchmarking activities, and usability tracking

* Maintain testing documentation and support agile sprint planning cycles

* Participate in early concept validation and final product assessment

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Demonstrated experience conducting usability studies and user testing
Understanding of user-centered design and interaction principles
Ability to clearly identify friction points and recommend improvements
Confident testing physical, digital, and immersive prototypes
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable in agile delivery environments
Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence
