Hybrid (2 days/week onsite; Quarterly 3–4 day on-site planning sessions)

About the Role:

EES Solution is looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the creation of world-class user experiences across digital in-vehicle systems. This role involves designing intuitive, accessible, and innovative interfaces that enhance driver and passenger interaction with a vehicle’s digital touchpoints — including screens, voice, gesture, and emerging modalities.

You’ll work with a cross-functional team of product designers, researchers, engineers, and operations staff, using Figma and an evolving design system to deliver scalable, elegant digital interfaces grounded in human-centered design.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design UI for in-vehicle digital systems (e.g., clusters, centre displays, voice interaction, gesture)

* Translate user and system requirements into testable interface concepts using Figma

* Use and contribute to a Figma-based Design System and component library

* Propose, evolve, and refine UX components, patterns, and interaction models

* Collaborate with behavioural science teams to plan and interpret user testing

* Iterate designs based on insights, technical feedback, and design validation

* Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional reviews

* Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to communicate and validate design direction

Essential Skills:

* Proven UX experience through a human-centered design process, ideally within complex systems or embedded environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating full UX lifecycle: research, prototyping, testing, delivery
High proficiency with Figma: auto layout, variants, components, and prototyping
Experience contributing to or maintaining a Design System
Solid grasp of usability, accessibility, and UX best practices
Ability to create and communicate user journeys, flows, and interactive prototypes Strong collaboration and communication skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile teams
Experience engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, researchers, and developers
Familiarity with UX/UI consistency across multiple digital platforms

Desirable Skills:

* Experience designing for automotive, mobility, or embedded UI systems

* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

* Exposure to behavioural research and data-driven design

* Ability to interpret qualitative/quantitative UX research

* Experience conducting or supporting user testing

Education & Qualifications:

* Bachelor\’s degree (or equivalent experience) in:
