Shift: Days Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Pay Rate / Salary: £19.50 per hour

My customer a leading precision engineering company based in Rugby delivering breakdown services to the CNC industry, are looking to expand their team and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dayshift Foreman with exceptional CNC Milling and programming skills]. The Candidate
Must be able to programme using FUSION 360 (preferred)
Must have experience with Siemens controls
Be able to read technical drawings
Have experience with both CNC and manual machines
Responsibilities
Develop and implement CNC Milling programming related strategies to achieve business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
To lead a team of machinists in our precision breakdown machine shop.
To oversee the daily operations of CNC Milling Centres, manual lathes, and mills, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and safety
Have a solid background in both CNC programming and manual machining
Supervise the setup, operation, and maintenance of Siemens CNC Milling Centres, manual lathes, milling machines, and other precision machinery
To be able to Program, set up, and operate CNC Milling Centres using
Program, set up, and operate CNC Milling Centres using Siemens controls.
Program and modify CNC programs using offline programming tools such as Fusion 360 (preferred).
