We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with learning disabilities to lead a more independent life

The service users are aged 18 and upwards with autism spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. You’ll be working within residential, supported living, or day services and assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible.

What you’ll need to be successful as an Adult Learning Disability Support Worker

At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting

*

Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to pay for one

*

The right to work in the UK

Ability to work above 24 hours per week

A driver\’s licence is essential as it would be an element of supporting residents in the community, such as attending activities or hobbies that they enjoy, so access to your own vehicl
