Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of our well established client for Optical Technicians to work in Thornbury (North Bristol). Candidates must have their own transport if they don\’t live in the area.

Hourly rate: £13.40
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm and 2pm-10pm.
Rotating shift pattern.
Required to work 1 Saturday a month.
Over time paid at a premium rate.

As Optical Technicians, you will be responsible for working on the production line and assisting with all aspects of the manufacturing process. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will have a flexible approach to work, be able to adapt to changes, and have a positive attitude towards learning new tasks and skills.

No previous experience in production is required, as full training will be provided. However, we are looking for candidates who are quick learners, have a strong work ethic, and who are keen to develop their skills in a technical environment. You must also be comfortable working with machinery and following strict health and safety protocols.
