This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new flagship site in the heart of the City of London, working as part of a high-performing culinary team delivering both retail and hospitality services.

The Role

As Head Chef, you\’ll lead a brigade of 10 chefs, ensuring a seamless operation across both retail food outlets and hospitality services. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you\’ll be a key player in shaping the food offer, driving innovation, maintaining quality, and nurturing team development in this vibrant, fast-paced setting.

This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone with creativity, strong organisation, and the ability to inspire a team.

What You\’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day kitchen operations across both retail and hospitality
Develop and deliver seasonal, innovative menus aligned with client expectations
Manage, mentor and support a team of 10 chefs to deliver excellence every day
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef on strategy, menu design and standards
Uphold the highest food safety and hygiene standards
Maintain budgetary control and minimise food waste
Ensure consistency and quality across all food offeringsAbout You:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar high-volume environment
Strong background in both hospitality and retail catering
Inspirational team leader with a hands-on approach
Passion for food innovation and high-quality presentation
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of current food trends and dietary requirements
