About the Role:
EES Solution is seeking a Virtual Build Analyst to join the Engineering Operations team of our client in the automotive sector. This role sits at the intersection of the virtual and physical product development process, supporting the readiness of prototype builds by identifying and resolving CAD geometry issues.
You will play a key role in ensuring that CAD data is accurate, buildable, and aligned with Engineering Bills of Materials (BoMs) and part ordering systems—helping to deliver a seamless transition from design to manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage Engineering BoMs (CAD) for full vehicle programmes.
* Identify and resolve geometry quality issues in CAD data before part ordering.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate and fix non-buildable geometry.
* Ensure alignment between CAD BoMs and datasets supporting part supply.
* Lead and support CAD quality reviews with stakeholders and project teams.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong understanding of CAD data quality and compatibility.
* Hands-on experience using 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform to view and evaluate CAD models.
* Proven experience resolving CAD issues in collaboration with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-specialist audiences.
* Confident working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making.
* Experience managing complex technical project workstreams.
* Self-driven, detail-focused, and capable of delivering under pressure.
