Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a national provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Repairs surveyor to join their busy Property Services team covering the Surrey, Sussex & Kent areas. You will ensure repairs works are completed within agreed timescales, quality standards and budgetary requirements, aim for tenant satisfaction, using pre and post inspections of works, specifications , effective contractor management and regular communication with stakeholders to achieve this. This is a long term temporary contract
