We have great opportunity for a CDM / H&S Consultant to join our clients multidisciplinary team in Manchester / Birmingham. You’ll work on a wide range of projects, including new build, regeneration, education and more. The role involves working as part of a multi-skilled team alongside internal and external partners, executing project work. The role will see you working closely with members of the team in the Birmingham and Manchester office to deliver work across the Midlands up to Manchester. Responsibilities include: • Provide CDM Advice to Clients/Designers/Contractors in respect of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 related duties. • Preparing Pre-Construction Information Packs, and Health & Safety Files. • Preparation of Construction Phase Plans • Carrying out Site Audits • Preparation of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Policies and Operating & Maintenance Manuals. • Provision of support with accreditations (CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor, etc.) • The ability to offer H&S & Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training (desirable)
