Your role involves:
- Acting as the link between the main kitchen and residents
- Assisting chefs with plating meals, preparing food trolleys, and maintaining cleanliness in preparation areas
- Monitoring stock rotation and complying with company policies, including mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines
- Assisting with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties
Key Skills / Qualifications:
Passion for food, previous kitchen experience, and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. You aim to deliver excellent service at each meal, making residents feel at home. You understand the importance of high standards and effective communication within the team and with residents.
