We\’re hiring a Chef de Partie to join a large and fast-paced contract catering site in Central London. If you\’re looking for a stable job with great hours, no evenings, and no weekend work, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional team serving high-quality, fresh food at volume.
You\’ll be working in a well-structured kitchen alongside experienced chefs, managing your own section, and helping to deliver excellent service to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and events
Run your section efficiently during busy service periods
Support senior chefs with prep and service
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation
Help with stock control, labelling, and allergen management
Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume or contract catering environment
Confident in running a section and working under pressure
Reliable and punctual with a great work ethic
Passionate about fresh, seasonal food
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP knowledge a plus)
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
Daytime hours only (no split shifts, no nights)
