Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm | Friday 7:00am–12:00pm (39 hours per week)

We’re working with a global manufacturer that provides specialist on-site support to a large production facility in Wolverhampton. They’re now looking to hire a Skilled Production Operative — someone reliable, hands-on and looking for stable, full-time work with early finishes every Friday.
This is a days-only, Monday to Friday position — perfect for anyone looking to step away from shifts or nights and move into a long-term role with consistent hours and ongoing training.
What the role involves:
Supporting routine servicing and maintenance of machinery across site
Applying fluids and lubricants as part of planned production schedules
Monitoring fluid levels and entering data using a handheld system
Keeping your work area clean, safe, and well organised
Assisting with safe waste removal and working to site H&S standards
