Paint Sprayer Technician

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress an existing spraying career or indeed for an apprentice sprayer looking for career development. We are looking for a bright enthusiastic person who is not afraid to learn and progress. This is skilled work and the company will provide all necessary training and support.
* £23,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience)
* Mon – Fri, 8am – 16:30
* Based in Leatherhead
Job specification:
* Frame and components preparation/ media stripping.
* Prepare and mix paints for colour matching.
* Spraying, lacquering and finishing.
* Use of media blaster.
* Create & cut or print decals utilising a cutting machine or Roland printers.
* Tools, workstation and other equipment maintenance
* Customer consultation for custom resprays.
Person specification:
* Required Skills & Qualifications for a trained applicant.
* Experience in the use of manual and pneumatic power tools an advantage.
* Experience in spraying of bikes, boats or cars is ideal.
* Ability to use computing for decal printers and plotters an advantage.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and to take instruction.
* Hands on, ‘can do’, proactive approach with the ability to use your own initiative.
