Hospital Manager (12-Month Fixed Term)

Hours: 35 hours per week

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital Manager to lead a specialist neurorehabilitation service on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals living with acquired brain injuries. You’ll be at the helm of a multidisciplinary team, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

Providing operational leadership and clinical oversight to a well-established neurorehabilitation service

Managing staffing, performance, budgets, and service development initiatives

Promoting a culture of person-centred care and continuous improvement

Ensuring compliance with governance, safeguarding, and quality frameworks

Representing the service to commissioners, families, and external partners

What You’ll Need:

A valid clinical qualification (e.g., Nursing, AHP) with active registration

Proven leadership experience in a health or social care setting

Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., CQC)

Confidence in managing teams, developing staff, and driving service excellence

QCF Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or willingness to work towards
