Client : Global Product Design and Technology Company Job Brief: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Indirect Procurement Manager to lead the procurement initiatives across the EMEA region. In this pivotal role, you will optimize indirect spend categories, foster supplier partnerships, and deliver impactful cost efficiencies while driving innovation in IT, Marketing, Professional Services, and Facilities sourcing. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing & Category Leadership Design and execute regional sourcing strategies aligned with global business objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and industry trends. Partner with stakeholders to align category management (IT, Marketing, etc.) with operational needs. Lead end-to-end supplier lifecycle management, including selection, performance reviews, and contract negotiations. Secure favourable terms through advanced negotiation tactics, ensuring quality and value. Deliver measurable cost reductions and track savings against ambitious targets. Analyse spend data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
