DaVita is seeking a Dialysis Tech (PCT) to serve patients at our Dublin Dialysis Center in Dublin, OH, with possible floating to Meadowhawk Dialysis in Marysville, OH.
Position Details:
- Operational Hours: MWF 4am – 4:30pm & T/Th/Sat 5am – 3:30pm (possible floating to Marysville)
- Expected shifts: 3-4 days/week, including two Saturdays/month; start as early as 3:00 am
- Training hours vary; typically 32-40 hours/week during training
- Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Training & Qualifications:
- Paid training program combining classroom and hands-on learning
- Reimbursement for Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Comfortable working around blood, needles, and mixing acid or bicarb
- Health care experience preferred: BONENT Certified, CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for up to 4-5 patients
- Prepare water room, monitor water quality, and calibrate equipment
- Monitor patients during dialysis, record stats, and observe patient condition
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and repetitive motions
