At Cytiva (a Danaher company), we are dedicated to life‑changing science – from pioneering therapies to diagnostics and advanced vaccines. We\’re seeking a thoughtful and commercially savvy Employee Relations (ER) Advisor to support our Amersham site and the wider UK ER Centre of Expertise.
What you\’ll be doing:
Deliver expert guidance on ER matters (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, flexible working, probation).
Manage end-to-end ER casework – investigations, hearings, outcome letters, performance improvement plans.
Ensure strict compliance with UK employment law, company policy, and the ACAS Code.
Coach and train People Leaders on ER processes and best practice.
Travel to UK Cytiva sites as needed (up to ~50%).About you:
HR professional with previous ER casework experience – perhaps from a Generalist or Advisor role, looking to specialise.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and proactive about staying updated.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills – capable of handling multiple cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
