Job Title: Staff Restaurant Attendant
As a Staff Restaurant Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to the highest Nobu standards. Your main responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages in the staff restaurant, and ensuring the space is clean and well-maintained. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing, presenting, monitoring quality, and serving food in the staff restaurant to the highest Nobu standards.
- Ensuring the staff restaurant is properly set up and operates seamlessly as scheduled.
- Maintaining safety, hygiene, and cleaning practices at all times, including safe storage of all food items.
- Receiving food items and ensuring proper storage until needed.
- Monitoring health & safety, hygiene practices, and ensuring staff adherence.
- Maintaining staff restaurant equipment, ensuring it is in safe, clean, working condition, and reporting breakdowns or faults.
- Developing and providing consistent, efficient service and food production.
- Knowing all food-related menus, including allergy requirements, in detail.
- Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
