We\’re working with a well-known insurance company currently undergoing a company wide transformation programme. As they move from on-premise infrastructure to a cloud based environment, they\’re looking to implement a DevOps capability.

As the first DevOps hire into the team, you\’ll be responsible for setting up DevOps environments from scratch and championing automation testing in a heavily manual setup. With the organisation adopting Salesforce as their SaaS platform, experience in this environment and with the tool Paddle would be extremely beneficial.

With no existing DevOps capability, you\’ll be tasked with establishing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps integration, and improving platform reliability and maturity.

Experience Required:

Previously set up a DevOps practice from scratch
CI/CD
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
DevSecOps
Experience working with Salesforce
