Job Title: Nursing Home Manager – £90k  Location: North West London Job Type: Permanent Salary: £90k Competitive, based on experience and  bonus  Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager for our well-established care home in North West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing home management and excellent clinical leadership skills. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: – Manage the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. – Provide strong clinical leadership and support to nursing and care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to all residents. – Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and services. – Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce. – Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency. – Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders. – Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the home meets the required standards of care and safety. – Handle complaints and concerns from residents and their families, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively. – Lead by example, promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion within the home. Skills and Qualifications: – Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. – Proven experience in nursing home management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care. – Excellent clinical leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. – Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. – Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. – Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. – Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents.
