Job Description As the Transcreation Director at translate plus – a Publicis Groupe, you will come from an advertising account director background with Transcreation experience. You will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing our creative language service offering. This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in client and stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, creative experience, and a strong background in transcreation. Responsibilities: Client Management: Proactively work with partner agencies to evangelise and sell localisation services to Publicis Groupe clients, ensuring organic and strategic portfolio growth in line with or exceeding growth targets. Manage and build relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations. Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of transcreation and creative language services, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient delivery of services. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and quality and best practice. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive operational efficiency. Lead and mentor a team of account managers, project managers, and other operational staff. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their adherence to quality standards and client requirements. Collaborate with other Publicis agencies in your portfolio to cross-sell and up-sell language services to external clients. Work closely with Sales team to provide information and support for RFI, RFP, pitches and pilots. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Translation, Business Administration). Proven experience in managing international clients within the language services industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong background in translation and industry-specific requirements. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
