A Bit About Us
Beavertown began life in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery & mothership in Ponders End. Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.
Now, we’re happily brewing loads of great beer – for everyone to enjoy – anywhere in the universe…although tastes best when drank on Earth. So, if you’re after some tasty beer with a difference you’ve come to the right place.
The Role
In this role, you’ll ensure a seamless supply of Beavertown beers to all of our on-trade customers across the South Coast.
You’ll be responsible for harnessing Beavertown’s relationships with all wholesale customers on patch. This include agreeing commercial terms with buyers, implementing advertising and promotional activity with marketing managers, as well as engaging sales reps on the ground to create Beavertown advocates in the trade. Additionally, you’ll be present in trade, with operators supporting stockists to bring the brand to life, as well as hunting new business with key prospects on patch.
Do you have a passion for our beers? Can you analyse data to identify opportunities, create a plan to take advantage of these? Can you present a plan to internal and external stakeholders? Can you make it less boring than that last sentence? Most importantly, can you execute your plan and grow your area?
Great! You’ll love it here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow Beavertown’s value share within your region, by supporting and developing our brands within existing customers, and proactively seeking out and winning bullseye new business prospects.
- Be a custodian of the brand, ensuring Beavertown brands are executed perfectly at every distribution point on your territory.
- Identify customer objectives, strategies and plans, to align with our objectives and create collaborative business plans which drive mutual value.

- Create new and innovative trade marketing initiatives within your customer base to increase awareness and advocacy of the brand.
- Utilise category data and insights to keep up to date with market trends and act accordingly, executing brand strategies in the market.
- Build best in class relationships with customers and wholesalers, both at head office and on the ground, by being an effective communicator and delivering on what you say you will.
- Track and report customer buying trends to Sales and Production management.
- Maintain all sales goals and personal budgets assigned to you.
- Create, present and win pitches for group tenders.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting and data entry into the relevant systems.
