Residential Property Solicitor – 2+ Years PQE

Midhurst, Sussex

The Role

Due to a sustained increase in high-quality instructions, the Residential Property team is extremely busy and now at the point of turning work away, creating a rare and exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to step into a fully developed, high-value caseload from day one.

You will be handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:

  • Prime and high-net-worth (HNW) sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • New-build acquisitions
  • Re-mortgages and refinancing matters

The work is varied, often complex, and comes largely through long-standing client relationships and referrals. You’ll be given the autonomy to run your own caseload, with dedicated admin support and a collegiate, expert team around you.

Flexible working is well established here, with up to 3 days p/w week from home and genuine trust in how you manage your time.

Requirements

  • Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE
  • Solid experience in managing your own conveyancing caseload
  • Experience with HNW or complex transactions preferred
  • Personable, proactive, and confident delivering a high standard of client care
