Job Description
We have a permanent opportunity here at Dalkia UK for a Contract Support to join our one of our large UK based accounts. This role will be a hybrid position, working from our London office 2 days a week
The Role
- Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our client contract
- Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms
- Ensuring electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the front line teams
- Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and co-ordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors
- Managing all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion
- Strong administrative skills/ experience
- Previous experience of undertaking basic financial support – invoicing/WIP/inputting timesheets and expenses
- Basic commercial awareness – working within SLA’s and KPI’s
- Microsoft Office IT Skills
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm 40 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Experience working as a Contract Administrator within an FM environment would be highly desirable
- Strong administration duties
- Excel and Microsoft experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Working with multiple stakeholders/reporting lines will be highly desirable
