Job Description

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

Dalkia is offering an exciting opportunity for a Contract Support professional to join our team, supporting a Londons Prestigious Imperial College in South Kensington.

About the Role

You’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive services. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule PPM tasks with internal engineers and subcontractors.
  • Upload and manage documentation in Planon and internal systems.
  • Track job completions and follow-up works, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Assist with reporting, invoice logging, and financial queries.
  • Manage access, shared inbox, and helpdesk calls in line with procedures.
  • Support team meetings, procurement, and communication with clients.
  • Provide cover for team absences and support wider contract operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a similar FM or contract support/admin role (preferred)
  • Strong admin and IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, team-focused, and customer-oriented mindset
