Job Description

As part of our drive to build the greatest team are now looking for a Legal Executive or Conveyancer to join our fantastic housing team based out of our Nottingham office. The team provide specialist support to private clients and housing associations on residential conveyancing matters relating to shared ownership and social housing allocations.
Within this team you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below.
Key responsibilities to include:
- Acting for Housing Associations on RTB/RTA transactions including drafting Leases/Transfers as appropriate
- Managing own caseload
- Attending teams meeting with clients to provide updates/advice etc
- Supervising paralegals on Lease Extension transactions
- Assisting with resale/staircasing transactions acting for Housing Association
- Covering holidays etc for lawyers in the Social Housing team in Nottingham
Full training can be provided on the social housing element. Residential conveyancing knowledge is essential.
