We are seeking a driven ServiceNow Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ServiceNow in Serco. You’ll be joining at an exciting time as we grow our in-house team, expand our use of ServiceNow across the business, and transform users’ ways of working.
As Part Of This You’ll
- Implement and configure a range of modules to meet business requirements
- Participate actively in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, project meetings and customer sessions
- Ensure development and configuration activities are delivered within provided estimates, meeting commitments to stakeholders
- Drive ServiceNow change initiatives from initiation to completion
- Drive ServiceNow adoption within Serco, advocating for solutions that drive tangible improvements for our customers
- Identify and mitigate project issues and risks, working closely with team member
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and customers
- Adhere to internal processes and compliance requirements
What You’ll Need To Do The Role
- Ability to think critically and proactively to challenge solutions and existing processes
- Strong interpersonal skills to positively engage others in new ways of thinking and collaboratively problem-solve
- A passion for user-focused improvement and ServiceNow
- Certified System Administrator Certification
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HR, CSM, CMDB preferable
- Understanding of technical best practice
- Familiarity with Agile development
- Experience of ITIL teams and processes
