Our client is looking for an individual who likes a varied job and is able to multi task, a person who knows how to use hand tools, is confident with some DIY and isn’t afraid of getting their hands dirty. Someone who has an eye for detail and can work to a high standard and to a timescale, no experience necessary as training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities (to be carried out across 3 sites all Staffordshire based):
· Site exterior presentation – Complete the daily cleaning of external areas including walkways, carparks, and yard, complete daily tasks of debris removal, and remove overgrown vegetation.
· Landscaping / Site hygiene / presentation – Plan and execute landscaping activities to maintain the presentation of external areas.
· Equipment maintenance / care – Maintain the inventory of landscaping equipment / tools and supplies, requesting replenishments / replacements, ensuring all equipment is kept organised, cleaned & and ready to use.
· Safety Compliance – Ensure that your work complies with safety regulations and standards.
Identify and address any potential danger / hazard in work areas.
· Communication – A great communicatoris essential, with a high level of professionalism as this role requires work in all areas of the business.
· Support the Plant & Site team with preventative maintenance on various tasks.
· Regularly inspect the racking systems to ensure they are in good order.
· Monitor and touch up the pedestrian walkways, crossing points etc in the warehouses.
· Offer support with the annual PAT testing and review cable management at workstations.
· Weekly vehicle (tyres, oil, coolant etc).
· Weekly pump house system checks.
· Occasional general upkeep (painting barriers, Jet washing bays for example).
