As an Entry Level Customer Renewals Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring seamless renewals. You’ll be:

* Managing and processing contract renewals for existing customers.

* Building strong relationships to understand customer needs and timelines.

* Working closely with account managers to support retention strategies.

* Handling renewal documentation and ensuring accurate records.

* Identifying opportunities to improve the renewal experience.

* Communicating regularly with customers via email and phone.

* Helping reduce churn and support long-term customer success.
