This role is ideal for someone with experience in the beauty, luxury, hospitality, or automotive industries who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and understands how to bring concepts to life in both physical and digital formats.What you will do…Conceptualize and develop compelling 2D and 3D visual designs for campaigns, events, retail environments, and branded experiencesTranslate brand and marketing strategies into visually engaging presentation decks (Keynote expertise required)Support senior designers and creative directors in the execution of creative concepts across print, digital, and experiential platformsCreate mood boards, mock-ups, renders, and production-ready assetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, production, and account teamsHelp maintain brand consistency across multiple touchpoints and clientsStay current with design trends and emerging technologiesYou must have…2–5 years of relevant design experienceProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Keynote, 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar)Strong understanding of spatial design and visual storytellingExperience working on projects in beauty, luxury, hospitality, or automotive spacesExcellent communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesA portfolio showcasing a range of 2D and 3D design work, including presentation decks.Why BMF…Celebrating 20 years in business, the award-winning boutique agency is helmed by partners Brian Feit and Bruce Starr, supported by an experienced global team of both long-standing BMFers, and recent executive-level hires.
