As a New Business Consultant (NBC), you will be heavily focused on outbound prospecting to generate quality appointments with Commercial Real Estate Agents and Landlords. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on creating new business opportunities and is motivated by contributing to overall customer growth. You will be working alongside our Account Management team as well as a variety of other internal teams at Rightmove.
What you\’ll do:
- Be the first touchpoint: Proactively work with inbound leads (25%), in addition to generating new prospects and securing appointments for our Account Managers (75%).
- Lead with curiosity, close with conviction: Ask the right questions, overcome objections and flex your communication style effectively.
- Keep the pipeline flowing: Manage a database of prospects and source new leads when needed.
- Build internal bridges: Work closely with internal teams to strengthen relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers, while driving business goals.
- Hit your numbers: Achieve monthly KPIs and performance metrics that support business priorities.
- Connect with purpose: Use effective listening skills to communicate, build rapport, and create lasting positive impressions.
- Share your knowledge: Regularly pass on learnings to colleagues and key stakeholders to enhance our service and product offering.
- Add value at every step: Consistently build trust and demonstrate the benefits of our products to customers.
- Keep it accurate: Record accurate information in relevant databases and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Be the expert: Develop and demonstrate strong knowledge of Rightmove products and services, delivering engaging training over the phone when needed.
