With a focus on managing CRM systems, analyzing vast datasets, and integrating advanced AI and BI solutions, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the role to suit your strengths. THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES CRM Management : Maintain and optimize CRM systems (SuiteCRM) and manage large datasets, ensuring seamless tracking of client interactions, reports, and sales leads. Data Analysis : Extract and analyze data using Excel, SQL, and Python to drive insights and support business decisions. Project Ownership : Identify and implement projects that drive operational efficiencies, enhance data processes, and add value to the business. Client Engagement : Collaborate with internal teams and engage with clients to gather qualitative data and feedback. Team Management : Lead one direct report and provide support for their development. AI/BI Integration : Help to drive the integration of AI and BI tools to improve data processes and reporting. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Strong experience with CRM systems (SuiteCRM or similar), Excel, SQL, and ideally Python. Ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
