Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for 2 committed and experienced Temporary Home Delivery Customer Service Assistants to work for a Manufacturing & Supply company in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
Role: Home Delivery Customer Service Assistant
Salary: £12.30 per hour
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Hours: Full time - Office Based
Term: Temporary starting asap until August 2025
Key Responsibilities of the Home Delivery Customer Service Assistant:
- Responds promptly to any customer enquiries and any transport queries.
- Deals directly with customers on any Customer Service-related questions either by telephone or electronically.
- Liaises with the warehouses, the delivery companies and customers in respect of delivery failures/queries.
- Investigates customer issues and complaints through to resolution.
- When required, escalates customer queries/complaints as appropriate to Line Manager.
- Supports the Consumer Service Team Leader with KPIs, projects and any other business related to Customer Service or Home Delivery.
About you:
- Proven track record in a similar position.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Accurate IT skills and data entry, with experience of working with spreadsheets and within a call centre, help desk.
