Job Description

Engineering Manager

A growing, innovative company in the defence sector is looking for a Test Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team working on advanced RF systems. You’ll be responsible for shaping test strategy, ensuring quality control, and developing both team and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and line management to the test and applications team.
  • Define and enforce robust processes covering:
  • Test software development and control
  • Test vector generation and calibration procedures
