Description the Head of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting is responsible for; Building the Financial Control Team to create a Centre of Excellence working with the Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, the Shared Services team & broader Finance. Lead on the development of policies and procedures to mitigate risks and achieve reliable financial reporting and protection of Company assets. Oversee the ICFR Program, including the design & operating effectiveness of controls. Lead on the remediation of deficiencies identified.
