Location: Leicestershire
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £17.00 per hour (DOE)

Are you a skilled CNC Operator or Setter looking for your next role?

We are working with a number of reputable engineering and manufacturing companies across Leicestershire who are looking to expand their CNC teams.

Duties include:

Setting and operating CNC machines (lathe or milling – depending on role)
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Tool changes and machine adjustments
Basic quality checks using measuring equipment
Working to tight tolerancesWhat we’re looking for:

Previous experience as a CNC Operator or Setter
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
Experience with FANUC, HAAS, or Heidenhain controls (advantageous)Why apply?
