Location: Seaham, County Durham

Hours: Monday–Thursday 22:20–06:30, Friday 22:30–06:50

Join an established food production team as a Nightshift Production Supervisor. You’ll oversee all nightshift production activities, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll lead a team of operatives, monitor shift performance, and ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene (HACCP, BRCGS), and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor production lines during the night shift

Lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment

Track output, downtime, waste, and labour usage to meet KPIs

Support continuous improvement projects and maintain strict food production standards

Communicate clearly with other departments to resolve issues

What We’re Looking For:

Supervisory experience in food or FMCG manufacturing

Good understanding of production processes, quality, and safety compliance

Strong leadership and communication skills with an eye for detail

IT literate and confident working with reports and production systems
