Role Overview
The Part-Time HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the HR function across the business. This includes implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruitment, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Irish employment law
* Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
* Advise and support line managers on employee relations and performance management
* Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
* Coordinate training and development initiatives
* Manage payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance
* Support culture and employee engagement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements
* Lead HR reporting and analytics for senior management
Requirements
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* CIPD qualification preferred
* Minimum 5 yearsβ HR experience, ideally in a standalone or senior role
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Working Hours:
Option 1: Monday to Friday, mornings (e.g., 9:00 am β 1:00 pm)
Option 2: 1 full day and 3 additional half-days per week (flexible scheduling)
