Here at Stockport Volvo, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Site Co-Ordinator/Vehicle Progressor. This role is key to supporting our sales function and offers the right person a chance to develop their career with a market-leading brand!
Your sales team includes Sales Executives, a Business Manager, and a Sales Manager. As a Site Co-Ordinator/Vehicle Progressor, you will assist our busy sales department by organising vehicles on site, collecting and delivering vehicles, and ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
Part of your role will involve loading and maintaining our used car online showroom, including taking and uploading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions daily for use on our website and social media accounts.
- Taking and uploading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions onto our online showroom daily.
- Creating CitNOW videos for our customers.
- Organising vehicles on site to ensure a presentable environment for customers.
- Overseeing our social media accounts and tracking responses.
- Collecting and delivering vehicles to and from customers.
- Maintaining the site and vehicles to a high standard.
Ideally, you will have prior experience in a fast-paced premium environment and be able to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business are essential.
We are seeking a highly organised individual with attention to detail, sufficient IT skills, and a basic understanding of social media for business purposes.
