Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant – Manchester
Location: Central Manchester
Salary: £25,000–£26,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE for first year £50k+)
Start Date: Immediate start preferred, but flexible for the right candidate

Our client is a leading global recruitment agency with over 400 employees and a turnover of £100 million. With specialist teams across Technology, Marketing, and Sales, they deliver both permanent and contract talent solutions. Their Manchester office is one of the highest-performing regions, having already surpassed its £3 million revenue target for the year—and now, they're growing fast.
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting chance to join a high-performing, close-knit team of 7 consultants in the Manchester office. The team is looking to bring in 3–4 new entry-level consultants who will start together as part of a new intake.
Initially, you will be receive:
- Structured onboarding with a proven graduate programme
- Hands-on mentorship from senior leaders
- Start on a 180 recruitment model, transitioning into a full 360 consultant role within 3 months
- Clear and accelerated progression path based on performance

Commission & Earning Potential:
- Uncapped commission structure with no threshold:
- £0–£10,000: 10%
- £10,001–£20,000: 15%
- £20,001+: 25%
- £250 fee per placement at entry level, increasing as you progress
- Realistic OTE:
- Year 1: £50k+
- Long-term: £180k–£350k+
Progression & Promotions:
- Promotions possible every 6–9 months for high performers
- E.g.: team member promoted 3 times in 18 months
- Clear roadmap from trainee to senior, then leadership
Interview Process:
