We are looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join our Fallowfield team!
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly 1-1s and quarterly reviews to support team development and host morning meetings.
- Deliver structured training and real time coaching
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and team growth
- Report weekly performance metrics to senior management
- Build strong relationships with landlords, especially those at risk
- Conduct monthly quality control checks and provide actionable feedback
- Handle Stage 1 formal complaints with professionalism and care
- Ensure compliance and quality in property takeovers
- Raise fees and manage expired S21 claims
- Champion team motivation, recognition, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- A proven leader with a passion for people and property
- Organised, empathetic, and solutions-focused
- Experienced in residential property management and Student lettings.
