We are looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join our Fallowfield team!

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly 1-1s and quarterly reviews to support team development and host morning meetings.
  • Deliver structured training and real time coaching
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and team growth
  • Report weekly performance metrics to senior management
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, especially those at risk
  • Conduct monthly quality control checks and provide actionable feedback
  • Handle Stage 1 formal complaints with professionalism and care
  • Ensure compliance and quality in property takeovers
  • Raise fees and manage expired S21 claims
  • Champion team motivation, recognition, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • A proven leader with a passion for people and property
  • Organised, empathetic, and solutions-focused
  • Experienced in residential property management and Student lettings.
