Permanent Group Creative Director – Sportswear, Music and Videography Producer – Hybrid East London

Salary up to £100K

Hybrid working – East London

– Client base includes Sportswear, Music and Videography Producer.

– Brands relevant through unorthodox craft and collaboration-principles. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio showcasing their grasp of contemporary culture and experience with premium lifestyle brands that align with our client base.

– Excel at distilling strategic insights into multi-channel platform ideas, executed flawlessly across OOH, social, digital, activations and events.

– The role involves working closely with our Group Creative Director to lead and manage a department of 20+ creatives, including ACDs, Art Directors and Designer.

– Collaboration with third-party partners is central to our process, so experience in production and directing shoots is vital.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead by example – Deliver clear direction and a compelling vision, creating exceptional concepts.

– Consistently delivering to the highest degree in creative excellence.

– Team management – Oversee the creative team\’s work, performance, and growth.
